Topkapi District: the Sirkci-station (Orient-express), the Topkapi palace, and the Kennedy Caddesi with a view on the Bosporus and Golden Horn.

Sultanahmet (1): the Sultanahmet square with the blue mosque and the Hagia Sofia. Also pictures from the interior of the Blue Mosque (taken at day- and night).

Sultanahmet (2): the interior of the Hagia Sofia, the Hippodroom, street pictures and the Sultanahmet district from the roof of the hotel.

De Bazaarwijk (1): the Spice bazaar, the maze of streets between the Grand Bazaar and the Galata bridge, the New mosque (also the interior) and the trading near the Galata bridge.

De Bazaarwijk (2): the labyrinth of the Graqnd Bazaar (with amongst other things, the Zincirli Han), the University (Beyazit square) and the Sulemaniye mosque (with graveyard).

Beyoglu: a steep hill north from the Golden Horn: the Galata area with the Galata tower (with magnificent view on Istanbul).

City wall: the wall from Yedikule, at the sea of Marmare until Ayvansaray at the Golden Horn: monumental gates and defense towers.

The Asian side: the Selimiye-kazerne (Florence Nightingale) and the Haydarpasa-station, where the Orient-express continued it's journey through Asia.
